Autumn Bliss Pumpkin Spice Creamer: Sip into Fall!

Ingredients:

- ¼ cup Pumpkin Puree (make sure it's not canned pumpkin pie filling)

- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (use sweetened condensed coconut milk for a dairy-free version)

- 2 cups of your preferred milk (for a creamy blend, try 1 cup of Half and Half and 1 cup of regular Oat Milk)

- 2-3 tbsp Brown Sugar or Maple Syrup (adjust based on your sweetness preference)

- 2 tsp of WhitMarie’s Homemade Vanilla Extract

- 1 tsp of WhitMarie’s Homemade Cinnamon Extract OR ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon

- 2-3 dashes of pumpkin spice or allspice (to taste)


Instructions:

1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, your choice of milk, brown sugar or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon extract or ground cinnamon, and pumpkin spice or allspice.


2. Heat Mixture: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until all ingredients are well combined. Be careful not to bring the mixture to a boil; you just want it warm enough to blend the flavors and evaporate some of the alcohol from the extracts.


3. Steam and Taste: Allow the mixture to steam for about 2-3 minutes. Taste your creamer to see if you want to add more extracts, spices, or sweetener. If you decide to make adjustments, stir thoroughly and steam for an additional 1-2 minutes.


4. Cool and Store: Once you’ve achieved your desired flavor, take the saucepan off the heat and let the mixture cool. Pour the cooled creamer into a 1-quart container for storage. 


5. Refrigerate: Store your delicious pumpkin spice coffee creamer in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 weeks. If using a glass container, let it sit at room temperature to cool fully before sealing.
