Vanilla Honey Cinnamon Coffee Creamer



Ingredients:

  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (if you are dairy free, you can use sweetened condensed coconut milk)

  • 2 cups of any preferred milk (I use 1 cup of Half n’ Half and 1 cup of regular Oat Milk because I prefer the creaminess of both together)

  • 4-6 tbsp Orange Blossom or Wildflower Honey (depends on your sweetness preference)

  • 1 tbsp of WhitMarie’s Homemade Bourbon Vanilla Extract or Original Vanilla Extract

  • 1 dash of WhitMarie’s Homemade Cinnamon Extract (Optional for extra depth)

  • ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon (Optional for extra depth


Instructions:

  • In a medium saucepan combine all of the ingredients and heat over medium heat.

  • Stir until well combined.

  • Do Not bring to a boil, but warm enough to blend and evaporate some of the alcohols from the extracts. 

  • Let it steam for 2-3 minutes. 

  • Once it steams for 2-3 minutes, taste to see if you want to add more extract, spices or honey.

  • If you add any extra ingredients, stir and steam for another 1-2 minutes.

  • Take off heat and let cool.

  • Place in a 1 quart container

  • Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks


**If using a glass container, let it sit out to cool before pouring into the container.
